frequently asked questions

"Made to Order" means that your purchase will be special made just for you!  I consider each of my products to be individual works of art, rather than something sitting around waiting to be purchased.  It also makes it easier for me to customize to your exact preferences.

I will never guarantee that I can replicate a product completely.  I utilize reclaimed items, or older supplies I bought years ago that are no longer made.  I will always strive to recreate something as close as I can - however it will never be exactly the same.

Some items, such as the holiday cards, incense, etc... may ship quicker because I've already batch made them ahead of time.

Most (non-resin) orders will ship out within 5 - 7 business days of your purchase.

However please keep a few things in mind before placing your order:

• Orders are fulfilled first come first serve.  If I have multiple orders I will follow up with you for updated fulfillment times.
• Single item orders will ship faster than multiple item orders.
• I am a one woman business, everything is hand poured/mixed/packaged/etc... by my own two hands as ordered.  Please be patient if there is a longer than listed wait time.
• Resin is very picky.  I may get to the final stages of your product and something goes wrong (ie: the resin won't cure properly).  I try to keep my workshop as climate controlled as possible but sometimes things go wrong.  I will always keep you updated on the status of your order from start to finish.

In General, most items will ship out as below:

• Resin Products: 1 - 3 Weeks
• Home Décor: 1 Week
• Apothecary: 1 Week
• Paper Products: 1 Week

I will always strive to keep my prices low while also taking into account time and materials.  

As the price of materials change so too must my prices.  I am a small enough operation that buying wholesale is not cost effective for me, and so I must usually spend a little more in materials to ensure I get the best quality.

Resin is a plastic polymer and as such has the same rules as most plastic products:

• Not microwave or dishwasher safe
• Coasters can be used under hot or cold drinks, however:
• Coasters, Trays, and Turntables cannot be used as hot plates or trivets
• Heavy items left for a very long time on Coasters, Trays, and Turntables will leave dents 
• Home Décor pieces cannot be left in constant direct sunlight as it can soften or yellow
• To clean, wipe with a damp cloth only

Absolutely!  Collaborating with my clients is one of the best parts of this job!  If there is a home décor item that you'd love to have, a candle or soap scent, or something completely different send me a message!  Together we will create the perfect item to fit your wants and needs!

Placed orders may be canceled within 24hrs.  However, after 24hrs I am usually in the production process.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding processing time, materials used, requested customizations, etc... please message me prior to purchasing one of my products.

The short answer is no.  These products are hand made to order and most often are customized which means I would not be able to resell it once returned.

However - I will always do my best to make it right.  If something isn't what you expected send me a message and we can work something out.
